Executive Leadership:
HCP engages additional, experienced
search consultants on an “as needed”
basis for selected client assignments.  If a
client’s hiring needs pertain to the
industry or functional expertise of another
consultant, then HCP will engage that
professional to work with HCP to provide
the best, most efficient search process.

Each of the selected consultants has
worked with the Managing Principal in
the past, so the quality of their work,
responsiveness and commitment is trusted
and unquestionable.
